\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t– Support the sales team by coordinating and assisting with sales activities and administrative tasks.
\r\n– Track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
\r\n– Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and management.
\r\n– Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
\r\n– Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
\r\n– Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
\r\n– Maintain accurate and updated customer databases, including contact information and sales activities.
\r\n– Collaborate with the sales team to organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and meetings.
\r\n– Assist in contract management, including reviewing and finalizing sales agreements and terms.
\r\n– Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.

\r\n– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
\r\n– Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals.
\r\n– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
\r\n– Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
\r\n– Strong time-management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
\r\n– Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
\r\n– Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and logistics operations is preferred.
