Responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t– Assist in the day-to-day operations of the freight forwarding department, supporting the operations manager and team members.
\r\n– Coordinate and monitor the movement of shipments, ensuring adherence to timelines and customer requirements.
\r\n– Prepare and process shipment documentation, including invoices, customs paperwork, and shipping instructions.
\r\n– Liaise with carriers, airlines, agents, and other stakeholders to arrange transportation and logistics services.
\r\n– Track and trace shipments to provide timely updates to customers and resolve any transportation-related issues.
\r\n– Assist in the coordination of customs clearances, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
\r\n– Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehouse, to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
\r\n– Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and other data using relevant software or systems.
\r\n– Assist in the implementation of operational procedures and workflows to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
\r\n– Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

\r\n– Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
\r\n– Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
\r\n– Strong problem-solving skills to promptly address operational challenges and resolve customer inquiries.
