Sales Executive

– 1 to 4 years’ experience (preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Companies)
– Valid Driving License
– 4 wheeler vehicle (allowance will be provided)

Responsibilities

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing their needs.
– Present product information, pricing, and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of the company’s freight forwarding services.
– Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client shipments.
– Utilize CRM software and sales tracking systems to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities.
– Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
– Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the sales manager.

Required Skills

– Proven work experience as a sales executive, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
– Strong understanding of international freight forwarding principles, processes, and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
– Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
– Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking systems to manage leads and pipelines.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and contracts.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
– Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
– Good problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide effective solutions.
